I glance upon his face
Or a face just like
My heart gives a thumb,
Then an another
Each echoing the hurt
Through out my body
Through my blood
Shall I ever love again
Like I loved you?
Shall I ever smile again
Like I did with you?
I hear his voice
Or a voice just alike
And my mind gives a jolt
Then an another
And the images play
Like a move, like a story
I feel I’ll never love again
As I loved you.
I know I’ll never smile again
As I did with you.
And my loss glimmers
Through my fragile mask
And my heart splinters
